Liar, Liar, Pants On Fire

Yesterday I and my lawyer lady attended an administrative hearing for an appeal of my disability claim. After my original claim was sent in the State sent me to 2 different doctors, a hearing doc and a physical diagnostics doc. Before the hearing my lawyer and I were having a conference and I got to read the reports the state docs submitted. Was I shocked ? Yes was I pissed off? Very. During the diagnostics evaluation I fell during one test and had to have assistance to get up from the squatting test. The lying little bitch of an imported doctor failed to mention those VERY important items. To Evaluate my walking she made me walk in the exam room. I had room for all of two steps. My walking was evaluated on TWO fucking steps. She was shocked at my blood pressure but failed to write that into the evaluation too.
  The next doctor I went to was a hearing doc. After the battery of noises, sounds and words I was told that I have significant  high level hearing loss. The report however, states that I have no hearing problem. Tell that to my wife. She is listed with Social Security as the official listener for me as I can't hear jack on a phone. But I have no hearing problems.
   So that bring me to the only person presenting evidence that was not lying. Me. Since I have very few medical records the Judge said he would have to rely on my testimony  to make his judgement. After his Q&A session he told me that I was a very credible witness and that would place great weight in my favor. He then asked the occupational specialist to consider a hypothetical person fitting my general description, education and medical condition. She kept naming jobs and he kept adding infirmities to the fictional  man. They funnelled the possible jobs down to three very menial jobs. The Judge then asked her to include the fictional persons medication response of sleeping for two or three hours. She responded that the person was unemployable.
   So now I have to get my personal doctor to fill out a form and then the Judge will render a decision on my claim. Whew!
   When I approached the Social Security door I saw the NO WEAPONS sign and just about shit my britches. I had 3 different knives in my pockets. I entered and asked the guard if I could leave them at his desk and then found that SS would not let him do that. He kindly suggested that I find a place in the building to stash them or ask the lobby desk to hold them. He also said this was a common occurrence. I jumped on a downward elevator and found the bathroom. After a quick look around  I stashed my knives in the sanitary seat cover dispenser. I lifted the box up and place the knives on the bottom of the stainless steel box and replaced the cardboard box. Three freaking hours later I retrieved my goods.
   I have a visit set up with my doctor So we can discuss my situation. We'll see what comes about.

A Jewel Of A Visit

OK, I know that I haven't been around for a week or so. You see, I have been a very busy grandpa. Our Son and his family came for a visit and little Diamond kept us jumpin'.

Here's the little cutey wearing her daddy's Glock cap(heaven help me). Sorry for the poor pic quality. She is a fast mover and sometimes we just couldn't capture the image that we wanted.

She is the best behaving baby I have ever seen. She went with us on a tour of the Boulevard Beer Brewery and never had a bad moment. Her momma even got congrats from the guide.

We had a very busy week, what with the dinners, cookouts and visits that we had. The new family made it to grandma's family reunion and left from there. With a truck packed to the gills, they set out for home in Virginia. With a side trip to the Wild Turkey Distillery in Kentucky, they both had to be back on duty by Thursday.

Both parents are in the Navy. Mom gets out in January and Son has been approved for re-enlistment. He thinks he's going to sign up for two more years.

We sure wish we could see them more often!

Moving...But Not In a Rush

Well it's another moving day in our house. Then master bedroom is done and we are going to get the furniture out of storage today. Then comes the transfer of clothes, bed and other minutea from the guest room we have been using. We are rehabbing this house a room at a time. So far the kitchen, dining room, master bath and master bedroom are done or right next to done. Time to save a little money and start on the family room. I think that's the plan. I'm sure Cherry will tell me! Now it's time to round up a strong back to help me move the dang furniture. I don't think my gun safes will fit in my new closet so I'll leave them where they are until the vault is done.

Just A Little Mistake

It has started already Dystel and Goderich say the profile booklet they produced, saying Obama was born in Kenya was a mistake. A mistake they let go on for 16 years? A mistake that Obama let go on for 16 years?
   But, way back in 2004, when the young Obama was running for office in Illinois, that champion of constitutional rights, Allan Keyes, said that Obama should't be allowed to run for that seat as he was foreign born. Barry's response? So what? It's not like I'm running for president. Inferring that yes he was born in another country.

"This report explains the context of the oft cited debate, between Obama and Keyes in the following Fall, in which Keyes faulted Obama for not being a “natural born citizen”, and in which Obama, by his quick retort, “So what? I am running for Illinois Senator, not the presidency”, self-admitted that he was not eligible for the office."

He Outed Himself, Barry of Kenya

Today's shocker is no surprise to the folks derisively known as "birthers". Apparently Barry's literary agents Dystel & Goderich had his profile showing birthplace as Kenya. His profile showed this for 16 years then changed in 2007 just ahead of his campaign. Hmmmmm.

Well now, ain't that something? What will the reaction be to this revelation? I can't wait to see, from both sides of the aisle. I personally think he should be removed from his position, prosecuted and deported after he gets out of prison. But hey, that's just me. And a whole bunch of other folks.

Fixin' The House and Cookin' The Fixins

What's been going on? I'll tell you. 'Course you knew that. Wow! Son, DIL and little Diamond are coming to see  us next week. So we have been in tornado of home improvement activity. Plumbing, rocking, painting, carpeting, vanity installed, shower up and running and more to come. Now throw in a Mothers Day cook out and my usual daily coma. The cook out. MMMM!!. I fired up my Bradley Smoker and made my renowned smoked pork butt with awesome beans and tater salad. Holy crap it was good. I also make a "semi home made" sauce. Last year I did one and the next day invited my mom up for lunch. She and her husband, my late in life step dad, eat at a lot of KC BBQ joints. After that lunch she told me that I had made the best pulled pork that she had ever eaten. This year I had some family over for the big day. FIL relayed to me that the pulled pork and beans were the best he had ever had. Cherry Pie took some to her Boss on Monday. Tuesday I spoke with him and he claimed that the pork and sauce was some the best he has had. TOOT, TOOT, TOOT!! That me tooting my own horn. Really though, it was good. Rubbed with my mix of spices, wrapped and refrigerated over night then smoked over apple wood. The final finish makes it the most tender meat I have ever seen. After the meat gets to 145 degrees internal temperature wrap it in several layers of tin foil and seal it up good then put back in the smoker. Leave it until it gets to 205 degrees internal then remove the wrapped butt and put it in a cooler and cover the meat with a heavy towel. After 2 hours of that remove from cooler and make a small opening in the top. Leave for 20 minutes then open and pull the butt. The meat will be hard to remove from the cooler as it will be falling off the bone tender.
Once the festivities were over and the carnage cleared away it was back to the grind stone.

Bad Connections

In the ongoing and evergoing Fast and Furious investigation the Congress is getting the run around from the Justice Department. Congressman Darrell Issa has repeatedly asked for all documents that relate to this failed program. Of course, being one of the Obama team, he has obfuscated, denied and out right lied about F&F. Congress has had enough and has written the draft to hold him in contempt of Congress. We'll see if he responds before anymore folks are killed with guns that were part of this boondoggle. You can read more about this here with all the what and who and whens.
Since the plan of Fast and Furious was to cast blame on the firearms industry as well as gun dealers and gun owners and in general bring more restrictions on or outright banning of the tools of freedom. We all know or suspect what would happen if severe restriction were imposed or the government tried to collect the firearms.

  That brings us to this little nugget. The US Army has documents that detail the use of re-education camps for civil unrest. Jesse Ventura and Alex Jones have both brought to light the existence of these interment centers. As a matter of fact Jesse Ventura's show "Conspiracy" was canceled at the request of the government and his name was added to the no fly list at the same time because of his investigation..
Will the American public follow their herders to the pen like a good flock or will they stand their ground and refuse to submit to to the tyranny of the government? Most of them will follow blindly along. The small group of strong willed people that possess a spine and determination will say NO! They will say it loud and hard. They will say it with words, lead and steel. They will show that spirit of Americans that has attracted people to this country for over two hundred years. They will show that we are truly sons and daughters of the founders of this nation.

I've Been Looking

I have been looking for local or state bloggers whose ideology is similar to mine. So using the feature that your profile has, I looked at all the bloggers in my town and was surprised to find 71 of them. Lots of moms posting recipes, kindergarten classes for what ever reason, a fitness conscious woman documenting her development  using P90X and a whole bunch of preteens and teenagers that have a blog just to maybe say Hey! I'm here. And a couple that have started a blog and have never posted anything. Why, who f'n knows. So after that monumental fail I clicked on the state in my profile. WOW! Over 70k in Missouri. I waded through a thousand profiles and got squat. I guess conservative gun owners that like hot rods, switchblades, women , Harleys and don't get a thrill from the governments actions are far between. So far it's me and A Missouri Rebel. I guess that will have to to for now.

It's Been A Little Noisy Today

What a day it's been. We awoke to rain falling to the accompaniment of thunder and flashes of lightning. This cacophony of nature went on for hours. During the mid day hours we  had a bright spot and now we are once again under the influence of the thunder and lightning with a pounding rain. Perfect weather in my book.

I did something for the first time today. I took a blog off my blogroll. I genuinely liked reading his commentary, I agree with his political outlook. But when a jack ass can slam me in the comment section and then my invitation for said jackass to come see me won't get published, well I'm done with that site.
I won't say what the site is but I will say this... Millerized, the offer still stands. Look me up, it's easy to do. Then get mouthy to my face. I guarantee you won't like the results.

Take Their Ball And Go...

To Hell. The RNC, after seeing the results from many State Delegate Conventions, may shut down the Nevada RNC Convention to shut out the delegates that may vote for Ron Paul.
In State after State delegates that were to vote for Romney have voted for Ron Paul. I guess when the limelight is off, the Paulites are filling the slots and not voting the party line.
So after reading about this I say the RNC can go square to hell. I mean it's bad enough when the MSM lies about the man, changes their own debate scores and refuses to report on his success. It's hard enough to win votes in a campaign but when one candidate is ignored, refused equal air time and equal debate time you are actively interfering with the process. But when the Party he's a member of attacks him and his supporters it's time to make a change. Ya hear that RNC? You are filled with party lackeys that need to be retired. So once again RNC, go to hell.

Now We know Why

Recently DHS contracted for 400,000,000+ rounds of 40 caliber hollow point ammunition. According to an insider, DHS and other Government agencies are preparing for a massive civil war when the dollar finally gives up the ghost. Doug Hagmann from Northeast Intelligence Network has this insider. Now NEIN has revealed many ground breaking stories and has provided law enforcement with the info to thwart acts of terror and info on nefarious groups of the Muslim variety.  Given his success in investigations and his high quality informers I have to ask this...Are you ready? Will you stand idly by when the SHTF and the bullets are flying? Or will you actively defend the Constitution and your family and friends.? I read an article the other day and forwarded it to all my friends. In essence it asked are you a trigger puller or are you on the lime and shovel crew.
This one of the reasons to have a good preparedness plan. Deeply stock food, ammo, first aid,web gear and other support materials for you and the folks on the right side. I've got decent food stocks, fair ammo supplies, web gear for me and Cherry Pie but I 'm way past being able to be a part of the field.

I don't know that the US is going to have a full financial collapse that creates runs on banks, rioting, and lawlessness such as we see in Greece and Spain. All you really need to do is look what happens when someones team loses the big game. Rioting, burning  and looting prevails for a day or two. What is the average person going to do when their money is worthless and they have no food for their family. Or for that matter being all set up for this crisis and having Federal goons coming along telling you to surrender all your food, ammo and weapons and to report to the local stadium for your own safety. How will that fly with the Preppers and Threepers? How will that fly with you?
