I've been away awhile with one thing or another, work, 'shinin' , being broke and miserable, you know that kinda stuff. So, today I was browsing through my bloglist and find the once again Stephen over at Standing Outside Looking In is MIA again and Ken over at Knuckdraggin' My Life Away site does not come up. What gives? Is Stephen having problems with his account again? And about Ken, who the fuck knows, he might have shot someone. Seriously, anyone know what's up? These are two of my favorite bloggers and would like to get the lowdown.
With the sudden onset of winter that will limit or curtail my, uh, outdoor activities, I'll be posting some more gun article, some more pics of those bitches we cannot live without, some anti- .gov shit, anti-.tax shit and some other shit. Oh yeah, some pics of silencers, sawed-offs, SBR's and other such goodies. And I'm thinking of doing a series on bug out vehicle and such. Studying up on it now!

Shame On You
To the Senators who voted down the bill that would create and demand "enhanced" background checks, Congratulations! You just handed the legal, constitutional gun owners of this country a big fat win and gave the One Acting As President a black eye. To all you traitorous Senators that voted for the bill, I and many thousands other say, shame on you.
Enactment of this bill would have placed an onerous burden on everyday gun owners in that they would have had to go to a gun shop or other licensed dealer to have a background check run on your potential buyer. That dealer would, in all likely hood, tag you for 25 or more bucks for providing this service, so, in effect all privates sale would be hit with a price increase.
Here's a novel idea, why don't you asshats enforce the jillion or so laws we already have that relate to guns?
Has gun control ever done anything for crime control? No. All gun control laws has done is usually create new ways for the law abiding gun owners of this country to be ensnared in the myriad of laws that have no effect on illegal gun owners and illegal gun buyers.
What did the 1934 gun control law do? Well first off it gave jobs to all those revenue agents that were out of a job in 1935 with the repeal of the 18th amendment. Then it made previously cheap and available items expensive and unavailable to the general public. I mean who in their right mind was going to pay a 200 dollar tax on a 5 dollar or 100 dollar item? The criminal gangs that flourished in the the Volstead act did not turn in their automatic weapons. When they needed a new machine gun they bought stolen ones or raided police department and National Guard armories. The everyday, law abiding person was the only one affected.
What did the gin control Act of 1968 do? It made a whole slew of new regulation to trip up the law abiding gun owner. It created an artificial retail environment that froze the inventory of certain things and raised priced dramatically. To the everyday, legal gun owner it mad it impossible t buy this cheap dewat firearms and various weapons that are common to the infantry militiaman. Shoulder fired automatic rifles and carbines, anti tank rifles such as the Solothurn and the Boyes. It remove a whole bunch of historically significant guns that are normally covered under the militia clauses of most state constitutions.
Did this act affect illegal gun owners and illegal gun buys, i.e criminals? No, they still got their guns through illegal means. No gun control law in this country has ever affected the criminal element. These laws will and always will affect only the every day, legal gun owner. And that my friend, is the intention of the government.To make it so difficult for us to buy guns or ammo that it sharply curtails purchases. But as you can see from the latest purchase frenzy, the everyday legal gun owner always trumps the bloated, traitorous bastards that rule this country. And we always will, cause when push comes to shove, the constitutional gun owners of this country, even though it may just be 3% of them, will push back so hard it will bring about a new nation, under God, with Liberty and Justice for All. A nation that will adhere to this Constitution for these United States.

Stick To Your Guns
I picked this up from some articles that author Matt Bracken is floating around. Bracken, who has written a remarkable series of books about a US government that has run amok is speaking out now about the proposed gun laws we may see and what gun laws have done for honest folks in other parts of the world. Strangely enough, when I tried to go to his website to create a link, Internet Explorer is unable to open that site. So, with his expressed permission I post this.
Stick to your guns, no matter what.
If they come to take them by force, they have declared war on the Constitution, and on you. At that point, war is joined, just as it was on another big gun confiscation raid on April 19, 1775. If it was legal in 2012, it’s legal in 2013 and it will be forever. If they say otherwise, they are liars and traitors and oath breakers and domestic enemies.
If you are disarmed and led away in cuffs, are you so sure you’ll be bailed out? And not taken to a “new place” with “new rules”?
Every survivor of every genocide says the same: when they come to take your guns, shoot them. Make them work for it, and THEIR system is overwhelmed, because they don’t have 20 million FLEAs to do armed battles all over the country, instead of nice polite arrest raids like those that that Glen “Ghandi” Beck envisions, with the NRA lawyers throwing your bail and suing the pants off the .gov.
It’s like the Solzhenitzn paragraph “how we burned later in the camps” because they didn’t resist the GRU/KGB in the lobbies and stairwells with axes and knives.
Entire divisions of Russian troops hiked home from WW1 in 1917/18, carrying their rifles and swords and other sidearms. Very early on, Lenin decreed that public safety demanded they all be turned in, under penalty of death. And so they were disarmed, but not the Party members! Then came the purges, the Great Terror, the gulags, and tens of millions of dead. So well preserved was the fiction, that most Russians, when arrested, thought, “Gee, there must be some mistake. I haven’t done anything wrong. They’ll let me go in a few hours.” (Wrong anwer.)
If you give up your arms, you are placing your entire trust in the permanent future benevolence of the U.S. govt. This trust is invariably fatal. The German gun registration laws and limits on “military” weapons (then, Mausers etc) were put in in the 1920s Weimar Republic,years before Hitler.
They were all common sense and reasonable gun control laws, I’m sure today’s liberals would agree 100%. Then Hitler comes along, and uses the list to first disarm, and then ghetto-ize or “deport” and finally gas the Jews and others, killing millions.
Genocide, using the “common sense” gun registration lists to locate their most dangerous enemies. But first, they just come to pick up the weapons. “No trouble, foks!” They come for the mass arrests later, when the people are disarmed.
Millions of Polish Jews were rounded up this way, when the German police only needed a 1-10 ratio to thier victims. 100 German military police, 4-fs in their forties, bottom of the barrel conscripts, would round up and murder a town of a thousand. Force them to gather, then march groups at gunpoint into the woods for execution. A 1-10 ratio means the killer police are not worried at all. The victims were all disarmed. If they were armed, every village would requre a major military effort.
I’m sorry, I do NOT trust that our .gov won’t turn as mean as the old USSR to its “class enemies,” the MSM’s duly appointed scapegoats, us white racist tea-party terrorists, the bitter clingers.
Folks, they perceive that we are reactionary forces not only standing in the way of social progress and liberal utopia, we are actively blocking it. That makes us pure Evil, since their plan for utopia is pure Good. That means they will come to feel totally justified in seeking a “final solution to the bitter clinger question.”
And once their mortal enemies (that’s us) are disarmed and helpless…the temptation grows to simply do away with them. Bill Ayers thought they would need to murder 10% of the population to achieve their utopia.
As it was with the Turkish Armenians, German Jews, Russian Kulaks, Chinese, Ugandans, Guatemalens, Cambodians, Cubans, Rwandans, and on and on, history’s lesson is clear:

Pure Ignorance From Those In Power
"Feinstein said the firearms of law-abiding Americans need to be placed under “appropriate authority."
Every time a quote like this has been made and acted upon a genocide has occurred. In places like Nazi Germany, Communist China, Communist Russia, Uganda and many other nations.
Are our leaders actually ignorant enough to think that millions of angry armed gun owners will sit idly by for draconian gun taxes, the listing of their guns on the NFA registry or the confiscation of guns and magazines?
Obama certainly thinks so or he wouldn't be making these asinine comments.
“I've been very clear that an assault-rifle ban, banning these high capacity clips, background checks, that there are a set of issues that I have historically supported and will continue to support,” the president said."
He has been careful to hide these feelings these last few years, but if you know his pas,t this is no surprise.
“I think there are a vast majority of responsible gun owners out there who recognize that we can't have a situation in which somebody with severe psychological problems is able to get the kind of high-capacity weapons that this individual in Newtown obtained and gun down our kids,” Obama said."
I think most gun owners are responsible gun owners yet I have actually had conversations with ignorant gun owners that claim to want a limit on "high" capacity magazines and those "military" style rifles. I am quick to point out that those rifles, in fact, operate no differently than those beloved Remington semi auto's of the deer woods for so many years. And the magazines they want to ban are, in fact, standard capacity for these firearms. And a magazine of 10 rounds capacity works no differently than one of thirty rounds capacity But, the responsible gun owners that I actually know have no intention of surrendering anything. They are buying like there is no tomorrow. Guns, magazines, ammunition. They are not doing this for the act of surrendering them for grocery cards, or for minuscule cash payments or even confiscation, they are doing this in preparation for war.
Most deer, elk, moose, bear and varmint hunters are pretty good shots. I'm talking from 50 to 1000 yards. And we outnumber those willing to take our freedoms, take our guns, take our lives by a huge ration. We could enact a guerrilla war that would take this illegitimate government down. No bureaucrat or their supporters that favors these proposed measures of taxing, confiscation and NFA listing would ever feel comfortable on their daily commute, their daily jog, their grocery run, their cook outs, their family reunions.
And you think this is over the latest school shooting? Or the accumulated effects of other mass shootings? According to a source inside DHS this has been in the plans for a while and they may engineer another event if this one fails to get the desires effect.
The governments goal for many years has been to strip us of our second amendment rights. And they dont' care how many they have to kill to arrange that. Don't believe me? Do search of the governments that have massacred million of their citizens to achieve their political goals. When a government has all the power there is no stopping them from doing what they want to keep the power. And that my friends is the object of gun control. To keep the government in power.

Now The Conservatives Are At It
It was revealed today the one of the most conservative judges on the Supreme Court now says that guns may be regulated. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has he read the second amendment? Is he getting senile?
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"
At the time of the writing, regulate meant regular. So they required the militia to be regular. And then it says, the militia is needed for the security of a state. It then goes on to say, the peoples right to own and bear arms shall not be fucked with.
The whole purpose of the second amendment is about stifling an overly powerful government. Aside from nuclear weapons, shouldn't we have basically the same arms as the federally run armed force?And by the way the founders wanted NO standing army for the same reason. So, back in 1780 or thereabouts, the common people owned the same weapons as the army they were fighting against and in some instance the common folk had better weapons in the form of rifled barrels that allowed them to shoot with pinpoint accuracy instead of relying on volley fire. The rifles could pick off the leadership and the soldiers will stop fighting. So today we have ordinary people with fine arms in the form of AR-15's, M1A rifles, outstanding shotguns and excellent choices of handguns. We are tit for tat there. Now we get to the bigger arms. To posses a cannon or a machine gun you need the governments approval. Cannons and machine guns are limited in numbers due to past legislation, which has driven the cost of these arms through the roof. So the leftist and the judges and the president are worried about our semi-auto rifles, semi-auto hand guns and normal capacity magazines. Not high capacity as we have the same magazines as the government forces. Normal capacity magazines, drill that into your vernacular. So when the government directed forces come for your guns, I ask this, What the fuck are YOU going to do about it?

The Ass Hat Has Spoken
OK, the gloves have come off. Maobama has started the rhetoric that leads up to new firearms legislation.
"A lot of gun owners would agree that AK-47s belong in the hands of soldiers, not in the hands of criminals,” Mr. Obama said at the annual National Urban League convention in New Orleans. “They belong on the battlefield of war, not on the streets of our cities.”
Then he clarified his position with this gem.
"And he said the nation’s attention should not just be focused on mass shootings, such as the one on Friday in Aurora, Colo., but on the daily shooting deaths of youths from gun violence in major cities".
His supporters are pushing him to adhere to promises he made 4 years ago
"Progressives are pushing Mr. Obama, who campaigned four years ago on a platform of stricter gun control, to speak out on the subject and use the tragedy to impose stricter gun regulations"
And I guess he's never had to fill out a 4473 (amended) form. And regarding crazy people, unless they have been adjudicated as mentally deficient, we don't have a crystal ball to predict when and who is going to go off the farm so to speak.
"we should do everything possible to prevent criminals and fugitives from purchasing weapons, that we should check someone’s criminal record before they can [purchase a gun], that a mentally unbalanced individual should not be able to get his hands on a gun so easily."
So, with the impetus from this latest mass shooting, the lefts strident demands and the socialist bent of the Main Asshat I really look for more draconian laws to be shoved down the throats of law abiding gun owners. We see this kind of thing happen every time there is a shooting that captures the attention of the entire country. Politicians have no problem riding the blood soaked coattails of innocent victims to further their political ambitions.
And if you don't think the possible new laws will be draconian, take the thousands of gun laws we have now, add in the hundreds of gun owners and dealers that have been financially ruined and imprisoned by the BATFE. Then add the already strictly controlled items, machine guns, that ownership without paperwork and a stamp, will land your ass in prison. That all adds up to draconian. We have laws that require mufflers on cars and truck to protect the tranquility of life, but if we do the same thing to a gun i.e. put a muffler on it, we violate Federal law and some state laws too. If we dare make a shotgun or rifle more compact, if we trim 1/16th of an inch too much we can land in prison. If we dare to make a profit on a private gun sale the Feds can charge us with dealing firearms without a license. Hell, if we want to take in friends and families guns and restore the finish of the wood and metal they want us to have a freaking dealers license. Are you catching on here? The current plan is to regulate guns and their owners out of existence. And "they" want to know what we are upset about. It's our life, it's our passion, it's our right.

Romney On Guns
I keep watching these debates and you really have decode what some of them are saying. Romney has a lot of business experience some good and some not so good. he has governing experience some good and some not so good. But what is important to me are the Constitutional issues which most of them want dance around. I keep hearing about Mitt being progun, i.e. pro constitution. Nothing firm is ever spoken regarding firearms. But I found this today. Crystal clear. He will not agree with the gun lobby and will agree with HCI and their ilk. Pass this around to any progun/pro Romney friends you might have.
