A Few Good Things

There have been some good things as a result of this election. Not many, but ya gotta take 'em when ya get 'em.

Reports are already coming in that gun sales are booming after the re-election of Barack Obama, with gun manufacturers seeing their stocks soar as the Obama administration moves to ramp up gun
control efforts via the United Nations.




The Ron Paul movement is a big winner here. The GOP told the libertarians in the party to get lost, and the GOP paid for it. Interestingly, both Iowa and Nevada, where Ron Paul supporters gained control of the state party, both went to Obama after the Romney campaign actively fought to disenfranchise Ron Paul supporters. I guess the GOP got what it wanted there.

Take Their Ball And Go...

To Hell. The RNC, after seeing the results from many State Delegate Conventions, may shut down the Nevada RNC Convention to shut out the delegates that may vote for Ron Paul.
In State after State delegates that were to vote for Romney have voted for Ron Paul. I guess when the limelight is off, the Paulites are filling the slots and not voting the party line.
So after reading about this I say the RNC can go square to hell. I mean it's bad enough when the MSM lies about the man, changes their own debate scores and refuses to report on his success. It's hard enough to win votes in a campaign but when one candidate is ignored, refused equal air time and equal debate time you are actively interfering with the process. But when the Party he's a member of attacks him and his supporters it's time to make a change. Ya hear that RNC? You are filled with party lackeys that need to be retired. So once again RNC, go to hell.

Something Smells

The mainstream media has pulled all embedded reporters from Ron Paul's campaign. They claim he doesn't attract enough voters to warrant the reporters. Hmmmm. Mitt Romney came to Liberty, Missouri a couple weeks ago and spoke at a local college. Liberty is a bedroom community of Kansas City. The city limits touch. One side of the highway is Liberty and the other is KC. So, at this political rally at William Jewel College in Liberty, Romney attracted a whopping 500 people. A couple day later Ron Paul had a rally and over 2,500 folks showed up. Mr. Paul just had a rally in Wisconsin and drew a crowd of 5,200 people. More than 10 times what Mitt drew in Liberty. So, I ask, what smells about this? This is a perfect example of how the media picks the candidates and probably the president too. Face it, in this day and age if your don't have air time you don't have snowballs chance in hell politically speaking that is. It looks like Gingrich's campaign is imploding. He has laid off most of his staff. you don't hear a lot about Santorum now. But Mitt is all over the news. He has been anointed the chosen one by the media and the RNC.
When you evaluate the performance of Chairman Maobama and compare it to the views of the current repugnican candidates there is very little difference. The ONLY candidate that has a different, i.e. truly conservative and constitutional view is Ron Paul. The RNC is terrified of a true conservative and the liberal media is frightened he may make it all the way to the big race. Even supposedly conservative Fox News routinely falsifies debate scores, intentionally makes "mistakes" in reporting Paul's views and out and out black balls him. That is unless they want him to comment on the economy. Imagine that the guy they love to hate is their go to guy for economic information. I guess you CAN have your cake and eat it too.

Applebee crap. Audit the Fed. Palin

Some friend took us out to dinner this evening at the local Applebee's. I have always liked Applebee's restaurants. When the announcement was made that one was coming to our town I thought...great! Well, Applebee's decided to change the format of their new stores and the new ones going into small towns were the lucky recipient of the new CRAP restaurants. Bright, white, diner-ish with a reduced menu. Then staff it with half- assed employees and my enthusiasm for this chain has burnt out. The steaks are tasteless and they try to hide that fact by covering them with CHEESE or some other stuff that has no place on a steak. No more for me. Not even if friends are buying.

Ron Paul's bill to audit the Federal Reserve Bank has gotten all the traction it needs it seems. You have to keep in mind the Federal Reserve is not a Federal institution but a privately held bank with a board of directors from all over the globe. And they control our currency. And have never been audited by the Federal Government. I wonder what kind of shenanigans will be found it those books.

Sarah Palin has got to love trouble. Every time she raises her gorgeous head, the liberals go crazy. With the publication of her new book, "Going Rouge", she has hit the trail promoting the book and getting on all the talk shows to face belated quizzing about the past Presidential campaign where she made her stunning nationwide appearance. Neither right or left has much to say about the book but they both have all kinds of stuff to say about the campaign.Hell, even "I'm Not Taking Sides Opra" , who actually took sides, had her on. I hear the liberals that did no fact checking of MaoBama's books are hiring extra folks to rip into Sarah's book. On the liberal side they will believe everything that was written by the Great Imposter, no matter how much evidence there is that he didn't actually, you know, write the damn things. Or even question some of the commentary in them. But if a Right Wing goddess pens a memoir they will attack it like a pack of great white sharks after a bloody seal.
