Are Changes Coming To Gun Laws?

This a an article about something near and dear to my heart. Short barreled shotguns and the ridiculous regulations that have been applied to them.
  I found this over on Sipsey Street this morning and found it interesting because of all the good folks that have been persecuted over short barreled shotguns over the years. A big bore pistol is OK but a shotgun the same size as the pistol is not? Sheer lunacy! A gun is a gun is a gun.

Overturn USC 922

Help this guy overturn USC section 922 which illegally bans and or severely restricts the ownership, manufacture and possession of automatic guns, firearm suppressors and other fine things. Really this could be the crack in the damn that becomes the torrent of legal changes to our way of life.

Mr. Short Stuff

I have written about this before, but our gun laws are ignorant. They were written simply to keep guns out of the hands of the innocent. My pet peeve is the issue of short barreled shotguns. Well actually my pet peeve is all gun laws but the issue of these shortened shotties is particularly offensive. If a person were to create a short barrel shot gun that person would be liable for a shitload of years in a federal institution. If a shot gun manufacturer takes a shot gun receiver and stamps it pistol and then assembles it with oh, say a 12 inch barrel and a pistol grip, in the eyes of the law it is probably legal. Or a person can get the proper forms filled out, jump through the hoops , pay the tax and build or buy a shorty. Yet today we have the most powerful handguns ever made and a person can carry one of them under their coat with a concealed carry permit. If a law enforcement type checks that person out and they have a .460 Ruger  in a shoulder holster they might question the choice of carry gun but nothing will happen. Put a shot gun of the same physical dimension in a shoulder holster and let the same law enforcement type check you out and you will be thrown to the ground, held under gun point, arrested, questioned till the cows come home and finally imprisoned for 10 years. WTF?  Here are some of those little guys now...

WWYD. What Will You Do?

I was watching Fox News this morning and then a little later on too. There was a lot of talk about the upcoming gun regs or suggestions of regs. All the shows had speakers form the left and the right of the gun issue. Both sided talked endlessly about, the hunting aspect of guns rights or the constitutional right to have them. Not a single person had the balls or the vajajay to say what the second amendment is actually for. It is to prevent an overly strong government from bending you to its will. Oh, wait we've passed that point. So tell me what are the gun owners of this country going to do when Obama writes some executive order that ban over 10 round mags, or semi auto firearms or declare us gun owners to be domestic terrorists? So tell me what will we do? Tell me what will you do? I know what I will and pledge to do. I will not go down alone. I have no club, no group, shooting buddies to back me up. When the day comes that my door is kicked in I will die along with several others. I also pledge to take action if I see confiscations or arrests of gun owners. This is the time to decide, what the fuck will you do? What will you do? The time is coming. The leftist are actively calling for our deaths, the President is wanting his hand picked group to suggest rules, laws and regs that will strengthen his position, we have an attorney general that has stated he wants to confiscate all guns, we have a media that supports every thing this government does, illegal or immoral. It doesn't matter. In the medias eyes the government is right and anyone that talks of the constitution, gun rights, or love of country is wrong and needs to be taken care of. Or taken out. They don't care which.
By the way, did you notice we had another school shooting today. It didn't result in a high body count or the death of the shooter, so it's kinda low key in the "news".
 
The second amendment has not one thing to do with hunting. It has everything to do with checking the governments actions. Thankfully it is starting to sound like the police forces, in the main, are supporting us, it is sounding like many military personnel are supporting us and the constitution. So, I guess the big question is what is the government going to do? With three percent of armed citizens and help from police officers and a lot of help from the military, we could pull of a defeat of any illegal moves the government may make. But will NATO decide to enter the fray or even Communist China? Those commies have been calling for the disarming of Americans and they are stocking up on material and have fielded a huge new aircraft carrier that I bet they are itching to use.
 In regards to the upcoming possibles, like the suggested registering of semi autos, limiting ammo, banning over 10 round mags again, tuning millions of gun owners into criminal, think about it. What will you do?

A Thinking Person

In a political climate where one may be classified as a felon, a hazard to the public by the stroke of a pen, a thinking person would take several actions.

One, compile a list of home addresses of those who would persecute you.

Two, that same person would have accumulated the goods and supplies to carry out their mission..

Three, this fictitious person would have trained themselves in the use of said goods and supplies.

Four, A sharp look out for any activities of their enemies would be maintained.

Five, This person must be willing to risk their life to engage the enemy whenever possible say, as they were traveling to a raid somewhere in their AO or conducting a raid in their AO.
Or during said raid, that person might take a look at that list they compiled and go shall we say, visiting.

Six, An evacuation plan would also be a good idea.

Seven, A survival network might also come in handy.

Eight, A partner might be helpful also or even a small team say 3-5 like minded people. All with a proven evac plan.

   It seems that there may be laws or regulations coming down the road that may necessitate action similar to these. There is so much bullshit being flung about in relation to the recent tragedy. The leftists cannot understand that the guns or access to the guns did not cause this horrendous crime. A sick mind, phycotropic drugs and violent video games led to this disaster. Every day I read comments saying how evil guns are, how evil gun owners are, how guns made this freak do this unspeakable act. They use one of the rights to call us names, call for us to be imprisoned, call for our deaths. Yet they think nothing of violating the right that we as gun owners exercise. Shall we call for a ban on their speech? Shall we demand that these death wishes and desires for our deaths to be dealt with in the harshest terms?

A fucked up individual violated 20,000 gun laws and and several moral codes yet legal, responsible gun owners will be made to pay for his heinous actions.

They keep fucking with us and a hard steel rain will indeed fall.
